| | Sacramental | Prayer & Discernment |
| Objective | Participate in the Sunday Eucharist weekly. Active Participation: “First of all, it means the interior participation of all the powers of the soul in the mystery of Christ's sacrificial love. Participation, in the first place, is something interior; it means that your mind and heart are awake, alert and engaged.”[1] | To pray daily in order to help shape one’s life with the will of the Lord. |
| How it Relates to Confirmation | The Sunday Eucharist is the foundation and confirmation of all Christian practice (CCC 2181). This is therefore the most important component of the program. | Confirmation calls for a deeper relationship with Christ, and high school is a pivotal time for careful discernment |
